In poker game strategy and tactics are not same you might be surprised to know that strategy is a broad and long-term planning. If a player has 7 or 9 draw then he would like to get incorrect odds to follow when the opponents bets. However player can still get 3-1 upon hitting draws. If the third player is in your hand then you might be offered 5-1 or 4-1.
